sharks. The most fearsome, dangerous animal within the ocean right? The creature that for generations has terrorised not only man-kind, but the animals it preys on. But what is the reason behind all of this hate and anger, the reason is preys on human flesh and wont stop until it eats us alive? Well, that's all untrue, just a bit of movie magic that has struck fear into our hearts through special effects and CGI. Those people killed are actors, being paid for the role to scream a little and act scared. This month we're going to bring you the 'real' identity of the marine beasts.

A BIG HI THERE AND HELLO! to all of you visiting Marine World's offical page! For those of you who are newbie visitors, here at Marine World we strive to bring awareness of our fellow marine Preditors, Sharks.

Of course those of you sat there thinking, 'why would any one care about Sharks?'. Well my friend, sharks play one of the biggest parts to our ecosystem and have done for over a thousand years! without them marine life would be unbalenced leaving some specials multipolying by the second. For example the population of star fish would massivly increase due to the rise and fall of the preditors. Of course your all sat there thinking, whats some silly starfish gonna do to us all . well, the sincrease in starfish will baisically suffocate habbitates such as reefs leaving plants and homes to be destroyed and consumed within the ocean. Which of course then leads to fish to either die out or migrite else where, upsetting the natural balance at hand.

 

Our Main Focus here at Marine World is to get across one point and one point and one point only. That sharks are to no longer feared and slaughtered. We stand in defence of these marine preditors who are constantly threatened by leading media institutions.
